MY CAREER IN BRIEF

I've started loving music as a rapper and lyricist since 1997, through the hip hop culture. Music started to become my greatest passion since then and so on.  

Professionally active as an audio engineer since 2007, I had the chance to work in different studio environments ranging from small project studios, such as my own “Funky Garden studio” to large format "state of the art" modern production facilities such as Sweetspot, Lizard, B.K and Sierra Studios in Greece. I am currently working as a recording, mix and mastering engineer at Nekyia Studios in Athens. As an independent freelancer, my credits include major record labels such as E.M.I, Warner, Spider Music and Final Touch Music, as well as digital labels such as Loveless Records (U.S) and others. I had the chance to collaborate with popular Greek artists, active in the Hip-Hop, Rock, Pop and Folk music scene in Greece. Dimitris Metzelos (Imiskoubria), Stereomike (EMI Music), N.T.P (SONY), Lagnis and Magic De Spell (LYRA-LEGEND) are a few to mention. Productions I have worked on have been broadcasted by popular Greek Television and radio stations in Greece, such as M.TV (Gr), The Greek Broadcasting Association (E.R.T), Athens International Radio (A.I.R) and MENTA 88.1 Fm. They have also gained entries in popular Greek web magazines such as VICE, LIFO, "TO OGDOO" and others. One of the projects I will never forget is the recording of the Greek contestant (performed by Loukas Yorkas feat. Stereomike) for Dusseldorf's Eurovision competition in 2011. The track led Greece to the 7th place of the Eurovision finals. Further working experience includes academic tutoring on behalf of Athens Metropolitan College (A.M.C / Gr) and the University of East London (U.E.L / U.K), as well as music technology teaching as a freelance tutor for University students. Furthermore, I have worked as an audio and audio visual engineer for concerts, live events and conferences in collaboration with leading companies, such as PODIMATAS Audio Visual, PROJECTOR A.V. and popular engineers in Greece .I had, also, the chance to mentor many new comers and assist towards their development. In addition, with my engineering and production services, I managed to make them showcase their talent, gain entries in festivals and playlists, attract the attention of media and record labels as well as gaining sponsorhips.

Throughout my career, I was pleased to be mentored and work along with top engineers in Greece and UK, such as Phil Rynhart (Alice Cooper,Judas Priest), Akis Golfidis (Sting, Brian Eno, Vangelis, Yannis Xenakis, M.I.A LABS) and Mike Exarchos a.k.a Stereo Mike (EMI, MTV Awarded artist). I have also been mentored by Yannis Christodoulatos (Top Mastering engineer in Greece-owner of Sweetspot Studios) and Babis Biris (Legendary Greek Engineer / Producer owner of B.K Studios).
